4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as necessary:

• Service providers (washers): Your first name, service address, and vehicle details — to complete your booking
• Payment processor (Moyasar): Transaction data required to process payments securely
• Firebase (Google): Our database infrastructure — your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore
• WhatsApp (Meta): Used to send you booking notifications and updates
• Government authorities: Only when legally required by Saudi law

5. Payment Data & Security

All payments are processed through Moyasar, a PCI-DSS compliant Saudi payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials on our servers.

Transaction records (amount, date, status) are stored in our system for accounting and refund purposes only.

6. Your Rights Under PDPL

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data — request a copy of what we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data — update your profile at any time in the app
• Delete your account and data — request full deletion at any time

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Active accounts: Data retained for as long as your account is active
• Deleted accounts: Data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request

• Booking history: Kept for 2 years for dispute resolution purposes

8. Vehicle Photography During Service

As part of our quality assurance process, our service providers may photograph your vehicle (inside and/or outside) before, during, or after the wash service. These photos are used for:

• Documenting the vehicle's condition before service begins
• Quality control and service verification
• Dispute resolution — if a complaint is raised about service quality or vehicle damage
• Sending to our customer service team for review

9. Location Data

We request location access only when you are booking a service, to confirm your service address. We do not track your location in the background.

Saved addresses (Home, Office, etc.) are stored in your account to make future bookings easier. You can delete saved addresses at any time from the app.

10. Children's Privacy

RinseNGo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via the app or WhatsApp if the changes are significant.
